**Job purpose**
To provide professional assistance to the Rewards Management team including staff compensation and benefits; and to carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance to Human Resource Division's policies and procedures.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Update staff leave records manually in the log book including MCs from non-panel clinic, and coordinate with payroll section on staff leave matters (annual leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave and medical leave) and follow up.
- Assist on the entire process of SOCSO claims, including checking and verifying staff Sick/Hospitalization Leave entitlement and medical benefit before routing to Head of HR for signature and submission to SOCSO office.
- Manage and control inventory levels of stationary items, and responsible for stationary request, ordering and receiving.
- Prepare the medical book and fill up relevant details upon new staff joining, and ensure medical book duly signed by HOHR and handover to the staff within one week from date joined.
- Monitor the availability of carpark at College of Nursing and Selasih Court for new join staff, to ensure parking fee deduction form duly signed and parking sticker given to staff parking at College of Nursing, and to conduct random spot check to ensure 3rd shift staff park at allocated bays are vacated before 8a.m. the next day.
- Ensure all HOD submit employees' attendance sheet to HR on or before 15th of the following month, thereafter transfer all staffs' attendance data from thumb-print system (UNIS) into Time-Soft system, and check the department's attendance sheet and follow-up with HODs on documentation to support any absent day(s) or late reporting(s) and coordinate with payroll on non-compliance matters.
- Update logbook of all incoming documents i.e. leave forms, UPSL, MC, attendance sheets, etc.
- Perform dispatch functions to banks, IRB, EPF/other statutory bodies, IR Department, VER, clinics, Police stations etc. as and when required.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of personnel records to safeguard confidentiality, storage security and ease of retrieval.
- Perform general administrative assistance and support to the Human Resources Division.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Senior HR Executive/HR Manager/Head of HR from time to time.
**Qualification Requirements (Academic, Skills & Personal Traits)**
- Minimum diploma in any discipline or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources.
- Preferably minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
- Familiar with Malaysia Labour legislation and practices.
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Results driven and able to work independently and meet present deadlines.
- Required to work beyond the official working hours in the interest of job completion and / or to conduct open interview, be it at on-site or off-site venues scheduled on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
- Required to go to Wards / Departments for spot checks or hold discussions with relevant parties to meet job requirements.
- Must be able to work half day on Saturday.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
