HR Assistant

1. Administer employee medical benefits and insurance.
2. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote employees' motivation and commitment to the company.
3. To assist the immediate superior during payroll such as updating the database internally.
4. To assist immediate superior in employees' training and development planning.
5. Provide clerical support to the HR Department.
6. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
7. Advertise and source applicants through various channels, such as company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional network.
9. Conduct reference check and submit the report to hiring manager and superior before offering stage.
10. Prepare and conduct orientation to new hire.
11. Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight employee achievements, company events, and other relevant content.
13. Assist in the development and implementation of workplace safety programs and policies.
14. Coordinate safety training sessions and workshops for employees to promote awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
15. Other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Fresh graduate with HR education background encourage to apply.
2. If SPM school leaver, need to have at least 2 year proven working experience.
3. Attention to details.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential with tact.
5. Computer literacy and excel in MS Office Suite.
6. Good command of English and Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and communicate effectively.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
