**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Onboarding & Orientation
- Conducting Exit Interviews to identify the reason for resignation/termination
- Preparing offer Letter/ any letter pertaining to staff
- Handling & filing employment & resignation staff
- Review and implement staff performance procedures (quarterly or yearly evaluations)
- Maitain employee information up todate
- Assist in review and update HR policy comply to Employment Act
- Assist in review and update latest MOH rules & regulations pertaining to pandemic SOP
- Review on employee benefits packages
- Coordinate staff development & training program
- Assist in planning staff engagement activities
**Requirment**
- Certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1 or 2 years of working experience is a similar role in Human Resource Department
- Knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle
- Self-motivator and able to motivate others
