**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, training & development and compensation & benefits.
- Assist in payroll process, including the generation of payroll related reports, such as budget report, salary report, monthly report and leave report, etc.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement.
- Assist in the administration of day-to-day operations and overall housekeeping of HR department.
- Identify training and development needs for employees, source for appropriate / useful training programs and assist in the implementation of training programs.
- Assist in maintaining staff welfare.
- Proper maintenance of HR related documents, files and records.
- Maintain HR system - updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Responsible for the preparation of HR documents including letters, notice, memos, announcements, etc.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**Qualifications and Required Skills**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or appropriate field of study.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge and well versed with Employment Act and other related legislation will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to write and converse well in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Have the ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines.
- Fast and proactive learner with mínimal assistance required.
- Diligent, meticulous, team-player, responsible and able to handle highly confidential data.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
