**Job description**
- Provide administrative support to the company
- Provide assistant regarding HR activities
- Process and coordinate daily sales order, invoices and other documentation.
- Maintain and organize filing system
- Preparing quotation and coordinating of sales quotation with customers.
- To assist in general operational functions.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Observe, comply and be conversant with all rules and regulations.
- Willing to works in long working hours if required.

**Job Requirement**
- Female age 20-26 year old
- Willing to work in USJ 9 Subang Jaya.
- Positive Energy & Cheerful

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
