**Essential Job Functions**:
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, producing basic reports and contributing to data insights.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components.
- Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks.
- Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of local immigration laws, regulations, practices and procedures.
.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills coordination skills
- Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiencies in MS Office, HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools.
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
**Other Qualifications**:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
