**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Handle all recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Assist and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage compliance and timely submission of statutory documents and payments, e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC.
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
- Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
- Handle employee wellness and safety programs.
- Handle and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
- Assist with performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Work experience 1 to 3 years preferably in the IT industry
- Experience in recruiting, training, payroll and HR Administration.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
