HR & Admin Executive

**HR Operation (Full Spectrum-Generalist)**
- Payroll Administration (inclusive of tax clearance and reports)
- Assessing training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. This include administering training logistics and conducting trainings to staff.
- Preparing HR related letters.
- Administering employee benefits.
- Administering performance management.
- Strategizing the staff engagement activities and company events.
- Streamlining HR processes and procedures through AI.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Supporting the HR Manager and the Managing Director with assigned tasks.
**Office Administration**
- Preparing routine reports (HR related, Administration, ISO and Audit reports).
- Full spectrum on office’s facilities management.
- Overseeing office renovations.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive 2 to 3 years background in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Degree in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources/equivalent
- Independent and outspoken
- Knowledge of local employment law
- Bilingual
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
