Working closely with the Executive Director, this role assists to oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes and also ensures a productive workplace where everyone works to realize the corporate values and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle full spectrum of HR function & Admin function
- Responsible for payroll processing (about 200 staff)
- End to end processing of payroll, EPF contributions and income tax returns
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Propose and implement relevant HR policies as and when necessary
- Managing employees’ database and staff movement, including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the company
- Assists in the development and implementation of employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with senior management
- Manage HRDF, comply with ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 and conduct TNA, forecast training budget and propose training and development program that meets the training objectives
- Manage and handle disputes, complains and grievances of staffs
- Create and maintain up-to-dates employee records in HR database
- Liaise with Head of Departments to identify training needs and propose training plan for management approval
- To ensure HR functions, activities and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Handling office administration and maintenance
- To take on other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- People oriented and result driven
- Good communication skills, both written and oral: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Minimum 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
- Familiar with payroll system will be strong advantage for this role
- Able to be independent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
