Billing & HR/admin Assistant

**Job Purpose**:
Billing
- Issue clients account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Monitor and send reminders for payments and contact clients when assigned
- Upload bills from providers/partners. Ensure accuracy of bills provided
- Process payment to providers/partners on a timely manner, working in conjunction with your
Supervisor
- Update clients and providers/partners accounting database
HR/Admin
- Payroll coordination
- Policies & procedures: ensuring all documentation is up to date and to keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Maintain physical and electronic records of employees
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Admin: coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Perform runner duty as and when required
**Job Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience as a billing and/or HR assistant will be an added advantage
- Effective HR administration and people management skill
- Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of company information
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
