This is a full-time HR and Admin clerk located in Petaling Jaya. The HR and Admin clerk responsible for

**Human Resources (HR) Duties**
- Assist with **recruitment processes**: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews

**Administrative Duties**
- Handle **office administration**, including stationery, utilities, and service contracts
- Maintain **filing systems** (physical and digital) for HR and admin documents
- Assist in **project site documentation**, including CIDB registration, staff pass, insurance, etc.
- Manage **company vehicle records**, travel claims, and office upkeep
- Liaise with **suppliers, contractors, and government agencies** on admin matters
- Prepare **monthly HR and admin reports** for management
- Prepare **employment letters**, onboarding documents, and staff records
- Maintain accurate and updated **employee database & attendance records**:

- Assist in **payroll processing** (OT, leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Track **staff leave, MCs, and lateness**, and update HR reports
- Support **disciplinary and grievance handling** with documentation
- Help coordinate **training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities**:

- Ensure HR practices comply with **Malaysian labor laws**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA or equivalent (required)
