**We’re Hiring HR & Admin Executive**

**Location**: Petaling Jaya (Hybrid, Minimum 3 days in office per week)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **HR & Admin Executive** to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting both **Human Resources** and **Administrative** operations, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth daily workflow across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and administrative files.
- Assist in preparing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, office management, filing, and supplies coordination.
- Support basic accounting and finance functions, such as payment processing, invoice tracking, and collections.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, company activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing employee and company information.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Human Resource Management**, **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in HR, administrative, or accounting support roles.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and the **Employment Act**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and digital documentation systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
