**Payroll Job Duties**:

- Processes company’s payroll every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, over time, Rest day/Off day, Public Holiday, commissions, benefits, and taxes
- Liaison Government Statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, INCOME TAX).
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
- Ad-hoc duties on payroll, inter-company billing to finance and procurement,
- Monthly medical data record, Medical claiming.Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
- Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records

**Admin Job Duties**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick, maternity leave, etc.)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letter and new hire guides such as on boarding briefing.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle staff requests and queries appropriately
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Monitor and assist of foreign workers passport, levy, fomema, welfare and hostels

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Payroll assistant is a must
- Familiarity with HR2000 & Infotech is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of labour laws.
- PC literacy (MS Office,MS Word and MS Excel in particular).
- Possess at least min SPM with 2-3 years experienced in HR or Diploma / Certificate in related field.
- Posses own transport

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
