Assistant Manager HR

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment, creating and revising job descriptions, payroll, leave management, and other HR related matters.
- Assist in all the HR documentations and administration - employment, confirmation promotion, warning and termination letters, personnel documents, appraisal, transfers, separations etc.
- Assist in identify training needs and organizing relevant development programmes.
- Responsible for the Foreign Workers management.
- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports pertaining to attendance, hiring, confirmations and movements of foreign workers to management.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information are accurate and confidential.
- To ensure all documentations are compliance with labour laws, company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor overall general office administrative including office upkeep & cleanliness, maintenance, of equipment, stationeries, and admin related tasks.
**Requirements/Criteria**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Admin or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years work experience in HR & Admin
- Must be competent in computer
- Fluent in English and Malay and can converse in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven experience with HR metrics, knowledge of HR system and database
- In-depth knowledge of labor law or best HR practices, office admin and liaising with local bodies and customs
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
