HR Assistant

Job Scope
- Support HR team with maintaining employee records and entering/updating information into HR System
- Assist in recruitment, orientation and employee relations when needed
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organization of office.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Handling of foreign workers related matters which includes recruitment of new foreign worker, renewal of working permit, clearance of new arrival of foreign workers, FOMEMA, FWCMS/PERKESO arrangement and check-out MEMO etc.
- Liaison with foreign worker agency and statutory bodies pertaining to foreign worker issue with likes of Immigration, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Labour Office, Embassy of Country of Origin and other government agencies related to foreign workers.
- To assist in handling of foreign worker’s welfare, disciplinary and grievances related matter.
- To assist in administrative responsibilities which includes cafeteria management and foreign workers’ hostel management.
- To assist in audit and certification programme and ensure all related documents are up to date.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum STPM level, no experience needed
- Highly discipline and able to maintain good attendance
- Strong sense of initiative, willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
