HR Officer/Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Manage all campaign administrative matters related to part-time sourcing.
- Compile, update and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including leave, sickness, and attendance.
- Monitor daily staff attendance and prepare the monthly overtime report for payroll processing.
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars, and employee onboarding sessions.
- Handle payroll processing for outsourced employees, including foreign workers and part-timers.
- Support recruitment activities and the onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and staff scheduling.
- Support payroll preparation and the generation of HR reports.
- Assist in organizing staff events, trainings, welfare activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle documentation and records for foreign workers (work permits, passports, contracts, renewals).
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Aggressive, proactive, and able to handle back-to-back tasks efficiently.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
