Key Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Manage all campaign administrative matters related to part-time sourcing.
  • Compile, update and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including leave, sickness, and attendance.
  • Monitor daily staff attendance and prepare the monthly overtime report for payroll processing.
  • Support HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars, and employee onboarding sessions.
  • Handle payroll processing for outsourced employees, including foreign workers and part-timers.
  • Support recruitment activities and the onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and staff scheduling.
  • Support payroll preparation and the generation of HR reports.
  • Assist in organizing staff events, trainings, welfare activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle documentation and records for foreign workers (work permits, passports, contracts, renewals).
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Aggressive, proactive, and able to handle back-to-back tasks efficiently.
  • Fast learner with strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
