Key Responsibilities
Admin Duties
- Manage Director's calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Assisting Director on Business Expansion plans & coordinating with stakeholders
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist with event planning, internal communications, and special projects.
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the Director.
- Support ad-hoc personal errands or assignments as required.
People Officer (HR) Duties
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, staff attendance, leave tracking, and claims processing.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and staff engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Be the point of contact for staff enquiries regarding HR matters, policies, and welfare.
- Support payroll preparation with attendance, overtime, and benefit records.
- Organize training, staff development, and wellness initiatives.

- Have preferred degree or diploma program qualification
- Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Some proven experience in administrative or people office roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools/software.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, *Mandarin fluency is also preferred to assist in liaising with China factories.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
