About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Admin Executive to join the HR team at Zoomlion Heavy Industry (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will see you playing a pivotal part in supporting the overall HR operations and processes of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and overseeing HR administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, leave management, payroll processing, and benefits administration
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  3. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  4. Providing administrative support to the HR team and collaborating cross-functionally
  5. Handling employee inquiries and acting as the first point of contact for HR-related matters
  6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  3. Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve HR objectives
