Human Resources Responsibilities:

_ 1) Recruitment and Onboarding:_

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training arrangements.

2)Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations regarding employee information.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1) Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for HR and management teams.
  • Maintain calendars and assist in planning company events or employee engagement activities.

2) Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain various administrative reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and other communications.

3) General Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive office environment and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment,Cert and facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and vendor services.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
