About the Role
We're looking to expand our People team with talent who are eager to jumpstart their career journey in a dynamic and vibrant environment. This HR Intern will be involved in different HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, HR operations and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Help with the coordination of training and development programs
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
About You
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for minimum of 3-6 months internship duration.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
