Job Description:

  • Assist with employee attendance, leave management, claims, and other HR administrative duties.
  • Manage and process statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp.
  • Support internal HR tracking, documentation, and reporting activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in coordinating staff meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and assist in HR projects when required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Fast learner, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility when handling sensitive information.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
