HR & Admin Manager / Assistant HR & Admin Manager

**A) Human Resource**
- Responsible for monthly payroll process in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely placement of qualified talent to meet business needs.
- Identify organizational training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that support employee engagement, motivation, development, and retention.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage all HR-related matters and proactively undertake tasks as assigned by management.
**B) Administration**
- Supervise all aspects of office administration, including management of utilities, office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facilities.
- Ensure company assets, facilities and resources are well-maintained and used efficiently.
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in general HR and preferably 2 to 3 years in a leadership role;
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices and compliance issues.
- Experience in recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
