HR & Admin Executive

**Position Purpose**
- This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.

- A flexible approach is crucial in this role, as the ability to react and work quickly with a complex & dynamic environment.
**Major Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Execute HR and administration activities.
- Manage employee life cycle which include onboarding, transfers, promotion and off boarding.
- Maintain e-HRMS and ensure accuracy for all data entries in the e-HRMS.
- Provide HR operational support in HR data analytics by ensuring high employee data integrity in e-HRMS.
- Recommend, implement and maintain proper HR policies, procedures and best
practices.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Manage Employee Relations, Welfare, Safety and Health to foster a conducive work environment and ensure legal compliance.
- Responsible for the organizational HR needs, providing HR solutions to improve
business performance.
- Coordinate and supervise the administrative function and outsourced services of the organization including IT services, management of the company premises, facilities and all office equipment and property and ensure safety in the workplace and provision of working tools.
- Provide support as and when needed to assist line manager in overseeing day-to-day operations or to manage transformation projects.

- All internal stakeholders
- External stakeholders, eg. payroll service provider, IT vendor, non-trade vendors, etc
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor & degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, Social Studies, or related from a recognized institution.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the HR Profession
- Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice
- Must have strong management and Leadership skills
- Strong business and organizational planning ability
- Should have strong analytical and be result-oriented
- Able to create a strong and successful relation with the employees
- Proven ability to multitask
- Problem Solver
- Excellent in negotiations skills.
