HR Junior Executive

1. Responsible for all Human Resource duties and related matters
2. To assist HR Executive to prepare monthly salary, wages and benefit
3. Knowledge of current Labour Laws & Employment Act
4. To assist HR Executive to ensure the company fulfills all statutory compliance including EPF, Socso, EIS, Income Tax, business licence etc at all time without delay.
7. Responsible for managing employee conflicts and providing counseling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, to conduct domestic inquiries and manage industrial relations as and when required.
8. Develop and formulate training programmes for employees, analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, planning and delivering training including inductions training to new staff.
9. To implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
10. To assist HR Executive interpret and advise on employment law.
11. To assist HR Executive advise on payroll and other remuneration issues including promotions and benefits.
12. To perform any other duties may be assigned from time to time by the management. Handles employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviewing.
13. To perform any other duties as instructed by the company, Board Directors or your immediate superior.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
