Junior HR Executive

This position is a 1 year contract (renewable based on performance) and will focus on crucial HR tasks, including payroll, day-to-day administrative work, leave records, claims and reimbursements processing, up-to-date HR record management, procurement of supplies and equipment, HRDF programs, claims, and various aspects of the recruitment process.
**Responsibilities**
Major responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Efficiently manage payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a well-organised workplace
- Accurately record and manage employee leave records
- Process claims and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
- Ensure HR records are up-to-date and readily accessible for reference
- Handle the purchase of supplies and equipment as needed for the organisation
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the logistics of the interview process
- Assist in processing background checks and other pre-employment verifications
- Any other duties as directed by the HR Manager as arise within the framework of Human Resources functions
- Overseeing employee orientation and training
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Other general admin duties such as handling general store and office maintenance
**Qualifications**
University Diploma/Degree graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relation or equivalent
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 or 2 years and experience in Human Resources background _(Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)_
2. Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication
5. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
