Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Human Resource Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive to assist the HR General Manager in various HR-related tasks, including payroll management, industrial relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR General Manager in HR operational and strategy planning.
  • Provide HR advice and supports to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues.
  • Manage payroll matters, including attendance queries, revisions, updates payroll master file, update changes on employee records, computes retro – adjustments, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager or Senior Executive specializing in Human Resources Management.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
