Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:
- To handle the full spectrum of payroll accurately and efficiently.
- To perform a wide variety of payroll processing activities, including collecting & view timesheets, computing wages, bonuses, allowances, and overtime payments, and calculating and recording payroll deductions.
- Update and maintain employee records in the system including personal information, bank details, and employment record.
- Stay updated on changes in Payroll regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Generate relevant payroll reports according to the timeline.
- Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including providing payroll-related information for audit purposes to auditors.
- Prepare HR letters/memorandum when necessary.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications when needed.
- To assist and support on HR engagement activities when needed.
- To undertake other special assignment or related duties specified by the Management from time to time.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the HR/payroll field
- Experience in recruitment and payroll management are added advantage
- Well-verse in the Employment Act and Labour Laws with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll related data and records
- Meticulous, with great attention to details
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
