Payroll Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage full cycle of payroll processing for the Shopper360 Sdn Bhd group of companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle new hires, register with EPF, notify tax authorities, and prepare necessary forms.
- Facilitate confirmation of employment and monitor associates' employment status.
- Organize and maintain staff personnel files with proper documentation.
- Handle resignation procedures, including acceptance letters and updating payroll records.
- Manage leave records and update staff details in HR system.
- Undertake special assignments or duties as specified by Management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, with a preference for relevant industry exposure.
- Proficient understanding of payroll cycles, including processing, contribution, and submissions.
- Computer literate, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various positions.
- Detail-oriented, adept in time management, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
