Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Senior Executive to manage the leave and payroll administration for the Gamuda Group. This role demands a detail-focused individual with expertise in payroll operations and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Payroll Services: Deliver high-quality payroll services, including payroll processing and reporting.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave, payroll, and long service information databases.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Record Systems: Design and implement efficient payroll record systems for all staff levels.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster strong relationships with employees by providing payroll-related guidance and support.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Desired Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, and IRD.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll Processing & System Knowledge is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
