HR Manager

**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Coordinate office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and attendance records.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in HR-related legislation and best practices, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PA and HR management roles.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
