**CLEANING SUPERVISOR (PENYELIA KEBERSIHAN)**

Cleaning Supervisor, your daily responsibilities include attending the morning office briefing to update cleaner attendance. In the event of staff shortages or absences, promptly arrange for additional staff to fill vacant positions. Conduct daily cleaning stock checks and place orders as necessary. Monitor assigned sites regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Weekly tasks involve ensuring grass cutting is completed by the specified date without exception. After 4.30 pm, participate in the daily post-mortem of assigned duties at the office. Additionally, on a monthly basis, gather attendance records of all cleaning staff and submit them to the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Briefings**:_ Conduct daily morning briefings to update cleaning staff on tasks and assignments. Address any shortages or absences promptly by arranging immediate replacements for vacant positions.
- **Inventory Management**:_ Regularly perform stock checks of cleaning supplies and equipment. Place orders for replenishment as necessary to ensure adequate levels of inventory are maintained.
- **Site Monitoring**:_ Supervise and inspect sites assigned to you to ensure cleaning tasks are completed satisfactorily and in accordance with established standards.
- **Weekly Task Coordination**:_ Coordinate grass cutting schedules to ensure they are completed on time and not overdue. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
- **Post-Mortem Meetings**:_ Conduct daily post-mortem meetings after 4:30 PM to review the day's activities at office, address any issues encountered, and plan for improvements in future operations.
- **Monthly Attendance Submission**:_ Compile attendance records of cleaning staff on a monthly basis and submit them to the office for payroll processing and record-keeping purposes.
- **Supervise Cleaning Staff**:_ Direct and supervise cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- **Inventory Management**:_ Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, identify shortages, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- **Handle Claims**:_Receive and process claims related to cleaning services, investigate incidents, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
- **Training and Development**:_ Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance.
- **Quality Control**:_ Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality standards are met. Address any deficiencies and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Schedule Management**:_Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet workload demands.
- **Safety Compliance**:_ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in all cleaning activities. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- **Performance Evaluation**:_ Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
- **Communication**:_ Maintain open communication channels with cleaning staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of cleaning activities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:_ Complete administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and documenting cleaning procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry or related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management and order placement procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
