**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general retail and office administrative support and handling admin daily matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentations and filing in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls and mails.
- Assist manager to hiring, define job requirements, and create compelling job postings.
- Schedule flight, accommodation and manage expense claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned
