The position of Malaysia Customer Service Officer includes the following responsibilities:

- Works efficiently and enthusiastically on assignments and goal attainment.
- Attend and actively participate in Management Meetings for the customer service group.
- Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and completing them as expected.
- Monitor customers' order progress on daily basis.
- Follow up with customer on the order assign.
- Follow up on daily order.
- Handling walk-in customer queries.
- In charge of attending phone calls
- Neat documentation
- Prepare reports

Education: SPM/STPM/Diploma. Welcoming fresh graduates. No experience needed.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 /month

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
