Khidmat Pelanggan
- Bantu pelanggan mencari produk dan memberikan maklumat tentang harga, ciri dan promosi.
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan sebarang isu atau aduan dengan segera.
- Pastikan pengalaman membeli-belah yang positif untuk pelanggan dengan menawarkan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang dan pengetahuan produk.

Jualan dan Transaksi
- Mengendalikan daftar tunai dan mengendalikan wang tunai, kad kredit dan bentuk pembayaran lain dengan tepat.
- Memproses transaksi jualan dan menyediakan pelanggan dengan resit.
- Komited untuk melakukan jualan produk yang tinggi dan melakukan jualan silang untuk meningkatkan hasil jualan.
- Sentiasa mempunyai pengetahuan tentang jualan dan promosi semasa untuk menyampaikannya dengan berkesan kepada pelanggan.

Pengurusan Barang dan Inventori
- Membantu menerima dan menyusun barang dagangan, dan melakukan pengiraan inventori yang tepat di kedai.
- Memastikan rak stok, dan rak penjualan dipamerkan dengan produk serta mengikut garis panduan dagangan visual.
- Pantau kuantiti dan kualiti produk di butik dan maklumkan pengurusan apabila pesanan semula diperlukan.
- Lakukan semakan harga secara berkala dan pastikan penetapan harga dan pelabelan produk yang tepat.

Penyelenggaraan dan Organisasi Stor:

- Memastikan kualiti dan kebersihan produk dengan sentiasa mengemas, menyusun serta mengatur produk sama ada di rak stok atau ruang pameran.
- Pastikan produk ditag dan dilabel dengan betul dengan harga yang tepat dan maklumat produk.
- Pantau dan laporkan sebarang isu penyelenggaraan atau keselamatan kepada kakitangan yang berkenaan.
- Membantu dalam mengekalkan keseluruhan kebersihan dan penampilan kedai.

Kerjasama Pasukan
- Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan lain untuk mencapai matlamat jualan dan mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang positif.
- Membantu dalam melatih kakitangan baharu dan memberi sokongan dan bimbingan seperti yang diperlukan.
- Berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan penyelia dan ahli pasukan mengenai sebarang isu berkaitan pelanggan atau operasi

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
