**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to operation team efficiently and independently.
- Provide support for data entry to the SQL accounting system.
- Handle and maintain company vehicle including insurance, puspakom and road tax renewal
- Stock management
- Coordination task between supplier, store and accounts department
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.

Requirements:

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Familiar with construction materials will be added advantage
- Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
- Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
