- Responsibilities:
- Manage the travel bookings/arrangement and Meeting Room facilities.
- Organise all courier service, mail collection and distribution for the office
- Manage Office Maintenance (i.e.Cleanliness, space requirement, building maintenance).
- Manage the Office Equipment and maintenance.
- Handle and Manage the vehicles on lease and assist with timely renewal of vehicles.
- Maintain proper record of the stationary supply.
- Manage the pantry supply and coordinate the meetings and visits wherever F&B arrangement is required.
- Conduct purchasing of office supplies and utilities.
