**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and enquiries
- Prepare Purchase Orders and process invoices
- Sort and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain and monitor the consumption of office supplies (water dispenser, pantry refreshments, stationeries, etc)
- Track monthly usage of photocopiers
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and prepare the rooms for scheduled meetings
- Maintain filing and proper documentation

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work under minimum supervision
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
