Administrative Assistance

Responsible for running and coordinating day-to-day administrative duties for the Company. Including, but not limited to:
**Office administration**
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
- Involve in payment requisition
**Operational / Financial**
- Involve in day to day operation such as preparation of quotes, invoice, purchase order, delivery order and etc.
- Price request from vendor
- Assist in project reporting
**Human Resource**
- Maintain vibrant office environment
- Payroll calculation and preparation
- Track and update staff attendance
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
License/Certification:
- B2 and/or D (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Ipoh (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Ipoh: Relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
