Job description
- Data Management: You will be responsible for managing and organizing data in backend systems. This may include entering and updating data, maintaining databases, performing data quality checks, and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Document Management: You may be responsible for organizing and managing office documents and files. This could include creating a file organization system, ensuring proper version control, and facilitating document sharing and collaboration among team members.
- Administrative Support: As a Junior Backend Office Oriented Executive, you may provide administrative support to the office, such as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments or meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication and Coordination: You will collaborate with different teams and departments within the office to ensure effective communication and coordination. This may involve facilitating information flow, assisting in project management tasks, and maintaining regular communication channels.
- Reporting and Analytics: You may be involved in generating reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations or summaries for management or other stakeholders. This could include gathering relevant information, creating visualizations, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: As you gain experience, you may be assigned tasks related to process improvement. This could involve identifying inefficiencies in office procedures, suggesting and implementing enhancements, and participating in projects to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Compliance and Documentation: You may assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. This could involve maintaining records, preparing documentation for audits or inspections, and assisting in implementing necessary changes to meet compliance requirements.
- Training and Support: As a Junior Backend Office Oriented Executive, you may provide training and support to colleagues on backend systems, processes, or tools. This could include creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and responding to queries or issues raised by team members.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development activities to expand your knowledge and skills in backend operations, office management, and relevant technologies. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute effectively in your role.

Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate without any experience are welcome to apply
- Must be staying in JB or willing to relocate to JB
- Required languages - Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have Microsoft excel knowledge and good interest in numbers
- Can handle and manage stress in exciting and challenging training
