Operation Administrator

**Job Scope**
- To coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal companies on operation needs.
- To manage operational activities of both internal operation team and external service provider to ensure smooth and productive day-to-day operation.
- To prepare and handle all administrative/ order processing documentations.
- To coordinate, track and ensure smooth and timely delivery of client orders.
- To perform product inspection or quality check of purchased products and report of any faulty or inconsistencies immediately.
- To assist inventory stock check is performed regularly to prepare report to management or when asked for. To assist data in Warehouse & Inventory Management System is up to date.
- To assist stock movements, emergency stock levels and prepare replenish of stocks orders report where needed.
- To prepare daily work progress report and follow-up activities report to effectively meet operational goals.
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
**Qualification Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any related field.
- Written and spoken language proficiency in Malay, English and Arabic
- Able to understand and communicate fluently in Arabic is an advantage
- Good time management skills.
- Computer literate.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
