Junior Secretary

**JUNIOR SECRETARY**
To assist the General Manager in his day to day administrative duties;
Perform office administrative tasks;
Ensure workflow is optimized;
Develop and implementing organized filing system.
5. To manage director’s office and organize his appointments, meeting, itinerary and travel schedule;
6. To attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondences;
7. To coordinate meetings or appointments with internal and external customers;
8. To handle all form of business correspondences and assist in drafting of letters and agreements;
9. To maintain database records of file including of business partners, clients, bankers and etc;
10. To check and verify bodyguard’s and driver’s working schedule and overtime claim;
11. To assist in handling personal matters such as, bank statement reconciliation, payment of bills, family travel arrangements and etc;
12. To ensure all works given are executed on a confidential and professional basis.
13. To undertake any other duties as designated by the Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
Certificate or Diploma in Private Secretary or Business Administration;
Previous experience in Real Estate or Property organization;
Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills;
Basic knowledge of company secretarial matters;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Good organization skills;
Good interpersonal skills
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
