Company Secretarial Executive

**Key Accountabilities/Duties**
- Responsible for the overall company secretarial functions of a portfolio of clients including advising clients on various corporate governance, statutory requirements and all other relevant statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Supervising and mentor a group of junior executives.
- Liaising with government and other authorities on matters requiring their approval.
- Monitoring and conducting the preparation of records, such as notices, minutes and resolutions for shareholders' and directors' meetings for the clients.
- Advising the clients' Board and Senior Management during Board and Shareholder meetings and any other relevant client meetings as may be required in a role as corporate governance adviser.
- Guiding a group of junior executive for the compliance with statutory, regulatory deadlines, standard operating procedure to achieve job delivery at zero risk.
- Upkeep and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Advising the clients’ concerning for closing down of company, transactions of business involving internal affairs, stakeholders, directors and officers.
- Leading in billings to and receivables from clients.
- Developing and refreshing required knowledge and skills.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Graduates of Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree from related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task, good team leader.
- Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff.
- **Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese will be an added advantage.**:
