**Accounting**:

- Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

**Company Secretarial**:

- To maintain and update the secretarial records of clients
- Responsible for the preparation of resolutions and other corporate secretarial documents for clients
- To assist in the preparation of Annual Returns and circular resolutions to shareholders of the clients
- To advise clients on compliance matters related to Malaysian Companies Act, 2016
- To handle general administrative duties as and when required
- To attend to ad-hoc assignments if required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in company secretary, accounting and finance.
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and standards.
- Experience in preparing resolutions and annual returns.
- Ability to monitor submission deadlines and ensure compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm)
