- To carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant laws.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative tasks as required from time to time.
- To ensure proper maintenance of secretarial books and administration
**Requirement**
- Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management, Bachelor's Degree in Business Possess Studies, Corporate Administration, Management, Finance, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
- Meticulous and able to provide secretarial support and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates and intern are welcome to apply
- A good degree of computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to work independently and can embrace a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility and has positive attitude
