Job Description:
- To monitor deadline for company secretary and accounting tasks.
- To remind on meeting deadline for company secretary and accounting tasks.
- To monitor the flow of documents to ensure all documents send out for clients' signatures are duly return and filed.
- To assist on requesting / returning accounting documents.
- To assist on updating all necessary monitoring listings, task listing etc.
- Microsoft Excel & Words.
- Good communication skills.
- Location in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
- Must be able to work in office from Monday to Friday
