Operation & Compliance Executive

**Highlights**:
**Working closely with the CEO and Management** to assist in compliance and company secretarial-related matters. You will gain **regional exposure** in this role as the business is growing aggressively.
**Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to)**:
- Create, modify, update and implement where necessary the Company’s policies relating to compliance
- Draft and review company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all national and international laws and regulations, commercial contracts and agreements (e.g. client trading agreement, sale and purchase agreement, share sale agreement).
- Perform Compliance Risk Assessment and prepare report to be tabled to the Management and Board.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Deal with local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Provide secretarial duties such as preparing resolutions, filling of annual returns, keeping datelines of the companies and preparing documents to lodge with local regulatory.
- Perform ad-hoc or other duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Office Admin / Law / Real Estate / Property Management
- Experience in drafting legal documents (agreements, policies). Preferably those with legal practice experience in legal corporate field or from company secretarial background.
- Excellent analytical skills with superior attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices.
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with strong initiative, positive attitude, hardworking and able to multi-task.
- Adaptable to fluid and fast-paced working environment.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
