_As our _**Legal, Compliance & Governance Associate**_, you are to provide essential support to the legal, compliance and governance functions of the company, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies and maintaining strong corporate governance practices while meeting our business goals._
- You will be responsible for developing compliance program, advising management on possible risks and provide guidelines on compliance matter._

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, prepare and vet through licensing agreements and other legal documents.
- To perform all necessary LHDN stamping procedure as mandated by the Company on all legal documents.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for communication with the Company’s Secretary.
- To be involved in audit process together with Operation Audit Team and to monitor, prepare and come out with the finding; and formulate action plan towards the risk identified.
- Collaborate with internal department (Human Resource, Operations, Audit and others) to draft, modify, implement company policies; and identifying and assessing the legal and compliance risks.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence, ensuring their contemporaneity and timely renewal as required.
- Stay up to date with changes in law and regulations affecting Company’s operations.
- Perform any other duties as and when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or any related field.
- Possess minimum of 3 years working experience in relation to compliance or legal matters.
- Excellent knowledge on current industry standards and practices.
- Effective report writing and communication skill (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools used in legal research and document management.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
