Implementing e-invoicing systems and processes in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Setting up new client detail and accounts, maintaining user access, and troubleshooting issues.
- Entering invoice data accurately into the e-invoicing system.
- Assist in maintaining databases and records related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Communicating with vendors regarding invoicing processes, issues, and payments.
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Tracking payments and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
- Ensuring compliance with e-invoicing regulations and standards, such as those set by tax authorities or industry bodies.
- Generating reports related to e-invoicing activities, such as invoice status, payment tracking, and compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve e-invoicing processes and efficiency.
- Providing training and support to internal staff on e-invoicing processes and systems.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous experience in handling invoice or administrative roles.
- Familiar with SQL or SAP for invoice handling process is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English.
- Training will be provided.
- Open to contract 6 months starting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
