**Job Description**:
- We are seeking quality of a person who have experience skills as Office quotation and document preparation to maintain the office operation and procedures.
Provide support and coordination in marketing activities/events.
Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
- Must have good written and communication skills to handle correspondence, speak to clients, and deal with the colleague.
- Strong organization skill as she have to maintain schedules to help sales staff meet deadlines and file confidential paperwork.
- Being well organized and able to work in Ad-Hoc task ( if required)
- Proficiency in basic data entry.
- Have pleasant personality, positive mind, good manner, responsible and smart.
