People & Culture Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining our culture and values
- Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent
- Manage performance and career development processes
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Assess training needs and oversee training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
**Skills and Requirements**:
- 5 years of proven working experience as a People and Culture Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, along with HR best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- A creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience with remote team management is a plus
**Salary**: RM2,488.91 - RM5,500.00 per month
